Delivery Charges
Orders delivered to UK Mainland Addresses will be charged as follows:
Order values up to £150 £6
Order values over £150 Free Delivery
UK Offshore addresses (Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands etc) will be charged at £15.
Our delivery charges are applicable for all orders to UK mainland and offshore addresses with a weight of less than 25kg. For parcels greater than 25kg we have to make individual arrangements with carriers and therefore we need to cost the shipping on a specific order basis. If your order is greater than 25kg we will contact you to discuss the carriage charges.
Delivery Schedule
We process orders daily so we can provide a fast and effective service to you.
We usually ship all orders within 2 working days, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
If an item is out of stock we will email you with the option to cancel your order. If you choose to proceed with your order and we cannot fulfil your order in full because an item or items are out of stock, we will ship your initial order and send on the out of stock items at our expense as soon as they are in stock.
We currently do not export goods outside the United Kingdom. Please contact us if you are based outside the UK and want to order goods.
Although we endeavour to offer the best possible service we cannot offer compensation for the late delivery of goods or be held liable for any losses incurred by the customer through any delivery delays.
