Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to:
Entwistle Group, Bentley Avenue, Stakehill, Middleton, Manchester, M24 2RW.
Please remember to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund your money within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
If you discover any defects with any goods supplied by us we ask that you contact us within 14 days so we can arrange either an exchange or refund.
Entwistle Group shall only be liable to the customer for any faulty goods and that liability is restricted to the replacement of the faulty goods or the refund of the purchase price.
